You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns if the item meets one of the following conditions:
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The product was damaged during shipping.
- The item you received was incorrect or does not match your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
“Change of Mind” Policy
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of “change of mind” or personal preference. We encourage you to review your order carefully before purchasing.
Return Process
- Initiate a Return: Email us at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Provide Details: In your email, please include your order number, a brief explanation of the problem, and clear photos showing the issue with the product.
- Review and Approval: We will review your request within 1-2 business days. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label and further instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
If your item is eligible for a return due to a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or an error on our part, Snapmarto will cover all return shipping costs. You will not be charged any fees.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (including PayPal) within 2-3 business days.
